A fresh, elegant white from the heart of Georgian wine country. Tsinandali wine is made of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes. 

Tasting Notes

• Colour: Light straw-colour.
• Nose: Delicate floral aromas, with pronounced citrus and tropical flower.
• Palate: Classic, elegant dry white wine. Light to medium-bodied with vibrant, refreshing acidity, clean minerality, and a smooth, harmonious finish.
• Finish: Fresh meadow flowers, crisp green apple, white peach, and subtle citrus, balanced by gentle herbal and tropical undertones.

Food Pairing

Made for the flavours of the Caucasus and Central Asia. Pair it with barbecued meats, hearty meat dishes and fresh salads. The wine pairs well with sea food dishes. 

Winemaking Method

Reception into a stainless steel tank at +5 to 6 degrees celsius. De-juicing followed by juice settling to maximise varietal aroma expression. Fermentation at 14 to 15 degrees celsius.
